COVID-19 Response

American Heritage is taking the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously. Although we are listed as an exception, we are placing our own precautionary measures in place to protect our client families and our staff. In effort to also maintain our communities right to grieve we have instituted the following:

Our office will remain open by appointment. A phone call before you head out will often be enough notice. Funeral arrangements will be limited to 4 family members until further notice. Funeral ceremonies inside the funeral chapel will be limited to 50 adults. We have live-streaming options available to include extended family and friends! Currently we have no restrictions placed on gatherings in the cemetery. Appropriate social distancing should be maintained, and we will broadcast verbal reminders to all attendees. Our crematory will continue to operate as normal.

This has re-written the manual for so many things.
